Reservations
We recommend that you make reservations two weeks in advance. To ensure reservations, a credit card or gift certificate number will be requested.
Cancellations
The treatments you select are reserved especially for you. If you must cancel, please call 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you fail to call 24 hours prior, a cancellation charge of 50% will be made to your credit card and/or gift certificate. If you fail to show and do not call to cancel an appointment there will be a 100% charge to your credit card and/or gift certificate.
Communication
To receive the most out of your experience at DuBunné Spa, please make sure to communicate your treatment preferences. Please speak up if you have any special needs.
Attire
Please wear whatever is comfortable for you. We recommend that you leave your jewelry at home. Please bring a bathing suit if you plan on using the jacuzzi area.
Some treatments do not require disrobing. If you are not sure, ask our spa coordinators. Our therapists are trained to drape a sheet over any part of your body not being treated.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS LEFT IN ROBES, ROOMS, OR LOCKERS! REMEMBER TO TAKE THEM WITH YOU WHEN YOU LEAVE!
Atmosphere
Please contribute to the serenity by speaking softly and refraining from cell phone use in the spa and locker areas.
Before & After Your Visit
We encourage you to relax before and after your spa treatment. We offer separate men’s and women’s showers, changing, locker, and relaxation areas.
Lunch Selections
Some of our packages and retreats include lunch, or lunch can be added to make your treatment even more special.
Payments
Reservations may be secured with your credit card number.
Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in our prices. Gratuity may be added to checks or credit cards. Gift Certificates cannot be used for gratuities.
Children
CHILDREN UNDER 14 are not allowed in the spa, unless receiving a treatment.
