Spa Guidelines

Reservations: We recommend reservations be made two to three weeks in advances. Reservations can be booked online or by calling 310-326-9062 Wednesday thru Monday. A credit card is required to secure your reservation.

Cancellations: We allow cancellations 24 hours prior to your appointment. Cancellations less than 24 hours will result in a 50% charge and a No Show will result in a 100% charge on your gift card or credit card.

Check In: Please check in at least 30 minutes prior to your reservation. If you arrive late for your appointment you risk having your appointment shortened so that we can accommodate the next scheduled guest.

Please Be Courteous: To preserve the spa’s tranquil environment, we respectfully request that you silence your cell phones and use a quiet spa voice throughout the common areas. All cell phone calls must be taken outside.

Gratuities: The price of your service does not include gratuity. We recommend a 15% to 20% gratuity for your service provider.

Age Requirement: Guests must be at least 18 years of age. Those aged 16 through 17 are eligible to receive facial treatments and nail care services only, and must be accompanied at all times by a parent or legal guardian at least 25 years of age. Guests under the age of 18 may not enter or use the locker rooms or spa facilities.
